I don't live in london, ontario, but i'd say that would be the perfect place for it. Then everyoe from around ontario could potentially get there and if you built it close to the 402 highway you would catch the eyes of americans wanting to come ride it. Toronto is too busy and theres enough there already, but what i see from the buy/sell category there are alot of riders in london
